Job summary

Memorial Hermann is seeking a Regional Manager, Infection Prevention to direct and coordinate the Infection Preventionists across a region, working with the IP System Director and Medical Director to achieve programmatic objectives and uphold patient safety.

You will lead regional staff, develop and obtain approval for infection prevention budgets, analyze data with NHSN, and ensure compliance with CMS, Texas DoH, and The Joint Commission guidelines while mentoring leaders and promoting high

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing, public health, or related field.
• Certified Infection Control (CIC) preferred or equivalent.
• 5+ years in clinical/healthcare infection prevention with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead infection prevention program across a region.
• Coordinate IP staff and analysts to meet objectives.
• Develop and obtain budget approvals for infection prevention.
• Monitor data quality and infection trends using NHSN.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with CMS, Texas DoH, and The Joint Commission.
• Drive quality improvement and staff education.
