Qualifications

• Infection prevention knowledge and process improvement.
• 7 years of experience in infection control or related fields.
• Ability to interpret guidelines and implement system-wide practices.
• Clinical leadership and staff development experience.
• Regulatory knowledge and survey preparation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the infection prevention programs, policies, and procedures across sites.
• Leads implementation of programs to meet patient safety goals and regulatory requirements.
• Collects, analyzes, and reports infection data and trends for performance measures.
• Collaborates to develop data collection processes for quality measures.
• Applies epidemiological methods to identify risks and design prevention strategies.
• Reviews regulations to ensure compliance and prepares sites for surveys.
• Manages HR activities including interviewing and staff development.
• Develops operating and capital budgets and controls costs.
