Job summary

Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking a Regional Manager, Infection Prevention to lead Infection Preventionists across a region, coordinating with medical leadership to drive program objectives and ensure high reliability patient safety. The role requires strategic oversight of staff and regional infection prevention initiatives.

You will manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote data-driven improvements while partnering with regional leadership to align with hospital quality

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing, Public Health or related field is required.
• CIC certification is required; related quality certifications strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate Infection Preventionists in the region.
• Collaborate with IP Director and Medical Director to meet program objectives.
• Develop and approve budgets for Infection Control and Prevention Program.
