Job summary

Good Reason Houston seeks a Manager, Regional Impact to lead evaluation efforts and build a best-in-class practice for Houston’s education system. You will oversee rigorous mixed-methods studies, work with districts, higher ed, and nonprofits, and mentor junior staff to strengthen impact monitoring.

You will partner with internal teams to shape reporting, quantify outcomes, and translate data into compelling insights for funders and leaders across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years of professional experience in program evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Support development of rigorous mixed-method evaluations, including planning, data collection, analysis and reporting.
• Lead compilation of a Houston-specific compendium of effective programs and practices.
• Advise on evaluation methods best aligned with projects and needs.
• Engage with cross-sector partners to support current evaluation portfolio.
• Coach the Associate, Program Evaluation in evaluation and reporting practices.
• Develop internal progress and impact monitoring systems with leadership.
