The Connective in Houston seeks a Data and Product Analyst to clean and analyze program data, build dashboards and support Salesforce administration and product development for nonprofit partners.

You will create geospatial visualizations, validate data quality, and help optimize CRM workflows while collaborating across teams in a mission-driven civic-tech environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in improving how vulnerable communities access social services.
• Power user in Excel, Python, R, or SQL.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI for dashboards.
• Salesforce data mining and analysis experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean, join, and consolidate Connective's substantial program data from multiple sources. Perform complex quantitative data analysis to inform program strategy and support partner entities.
• Build geospatial maps for public consumption and program evaluation purposes. Create tabular and visualization reports using Tableau or Power BI.
• Perform extensive data validation and quality assurance analysis within large datasets. Build proactive data validation automation to catch data integrity issues.
• Provide analytic services related to grant reporting and fundraising proposals. Analyze problems and determine root causes through data-driven approaches.
• Support Salesforce configuration to meet organizational goals and product backlog requirements. Manage CRM improvements and data workflows.
• Coordinate with program teams to understand data pain points and communicate insights to executive partners.
