The role leads District Managers and field reps, owning performance, development, and P&L outcomes for the Northeast region, with travel up to 50% and a focus on strategic account plans and payer access. Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or managed care within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Minimum of 3 years of people management experience.
• At least 3 years’ experience building and managing customer relationships.
• Resident of the region with ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight trips.

Responsibilities

• Lead, recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing regional team to execute customer engagement strategies.
• Own the customer portfolio and overall customer experience, ensuring trusted communications across touchpoints.
• Build and sustain relationships with senior leaders to support strategic engagement.
• Align account plans with payer considerations to optimize access and reimbursement strategies.
• Deliver regional business results and meet defined P&L targets.
• Communicate a customer-centric vision and motivate teams toward shared goals.
• Contribute to national strategy through cross-functional participation.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the business.
• Leverage payer, patient, and HCP interactions to maximize business potential.
• Input annual financial goals for the assigned customer base.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
