Job summary

HCT Staffing seeks a Regional Field Service Specialist to support clinical teams by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining X-Ray, Fluoroscopy, CR, and Mammography units across a regional footprint. You will manage work orders, coordinate parts, and provide on-call coverage.

The role requires an Associates degree in engineering or related fields (or military/technical training), 2+ years of service experience, and relevant certifications (CBET, CRES, CLES, CHTM) preferred; travel out of

Qualifications

Associates degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Military education equivalent accepted.
Graduate of a technical program accepted.
Equivalent training validated through certifications accepted.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience servicing technical equipment.
AZ Driver's License.
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
Ability to compute rates, ratios, and interpret bar graphs.
Preferred CBET, CRES, CLES, CHTM certifications.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair general diagnostic imaging systems including X-Ray, Fluoroscopy, CR, and Mammography units.
Maintain detailed records for all equipment work orders from receipt to completion.
Assist in ordering necessary parts and supplies to ensure cost-effective maintenance and minimal downtime.
Lead and assist with equipment projects, installations, and upgrades to optimize imaging department performance.
