Job summary

HCT Staffing seeks a field-service technician to deliver high-quality technical service and support to medical imaging customers across the United States. You will install, inspect, test, troubleshoot, and maintain imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety while adhering to OEM specs and industry standards.

In this on-site role, you will travel frequently, perform preventive maintenance, calibrate and repair systems, document activities, and provide timely updates to customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent required.
• 3–7 years in medical imaging engineering or equivalent preferred; field service with Philips/GE CT/MR experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities; ability to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Service, install, evaluate, and maintain medical imaging equipment across the United States.
• Calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair imaging systems to OEM specs and customer expectations.
• Perform preventive maintenance and resolve advanced electronic, mechanical, and network issues.
• Communicate customer feedback to internal teams and provide timely project updates.
• Document service activities and train end users; drive vehicle duties as required.
• Ensure proper testing and diagnostics after updates or repairs.
