Job summary

HCT Staffing is seeking a field service engineer to deliver high-quality technical support and service for medical imaging customers. You will install, inspect, test, troubleshoot, and maintain imaging equipment in the field, aligning with OEM specifications and safety regulations.

You will travel up to 50% across the United States, calibrate imaging systems, and provide advanced troubleshooting while communicating feedback to internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 3-7 years' experience in medical imaging engineering (Hologic/Mammo).
• Preferred experience: Women's Health/Hologic equipment service experience.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and pass background checks and a medical exam if required.

Responsibilities

• Service medical imaging equipment focused within the United States.
• Calibrate and troubleshoot imaging systems and computer components to OEM specs.
• Ensure the system operates effectively to meet customer needs and expectations.
• Provide advanced-level troubleshooting and repair of electronic, mechanical, and network issues.
• Document processes and provide end-user training.
• Communicate customer feedback to internal teams and support continuous improvement.
• Travel up to 50% and maintain safety and DOT requirements as applicable.
