Job summary

JLL in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to lead operations for the IFM Client Account, overseeing regional teams, budgets, safety and service delivery, and acting as the primary operations contact at the client's Global HQ in Midtown Atlanta.

The role requires at least 10 years in facilities management, a relevant degree, and strong budgeting and organizational skills, with fluency in English and comfort in a matrixed environment.

• At least degree qualification in relevant discipline.
• Excellent organisational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee team operations to cultivate safety, customer service excellence, regulatory compliance, and high-quality delivery.
• Lead a matrixed organization with budget oversight for the region and monitor account performance.
• Coordinate experience strategy and daily service delivery for regional staff and guests across reception, amenities, meetings and events.
