BMO U.S. in Chicago is seeking a Vice President for Regional Investment Banking to lead deal execution and client coverage. You will mentor Analysts/Associates and coordinate with industry coverage and product partners to deliver integrated advisory and capital solutions to clients.

You will develop and present financial solutions, monitor market needs, and guide teams to deliver optimal client outcomes while ensuring compliance and risk controls.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in investment banking if an Analyst to Associate promote, or a minimum of 3 years if a post-MBA Associate hire.
• Significant experience leading pitch development and deal execution.
• Familiarity with M&A advisory, debt capital markets, leveraged finance, and equity capital markets.
• Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, or accounting with high academic achievement.
• MBA, CFA or equivalent experience in financial services, accounting, or legal fields.

• Operates as key member of the deal team, partnering with industry coverage and product partners, to seamlessly execute transactions on behalf of clients.
• Creates pitch books for clients and participates in their presentation to clients.
• Monitors client, client industry, and regulatory agencies for potential changes that may affect client portfolio.
• Reviews and guides work of Analysts and Associates to deliver business results.
• Delivers financial modeling to support strategic recommendations to clients.
