Pearce Services in Vermont is seeking Experienced HVAC Technicians to service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters at Cell Tower sites. This role is regional and candidates should reside within 60 miles of Norwich, VT, and be willing to travel, including after-hours when needed.

Qualifications

• Must hold EPA Level 2 or Universal certification.
• 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience, commercial preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and by email.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cooling systems: diagnose, repair, or install components.
• Perform performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Respond to service calls, complete daily work reports, and travel to sites.
• Operate a company vehicle safely according to policies.
