Job summary

Responsibilities include managing projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and developing cost estimates. Qualifications

• 10+ years of excellent performance in a construction related role, at least five at a foreman level.
• Technical knowledge of ammonia refrigeration is a plus.
• Knowledge of OSHA / EPA requirements and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure workforce completes work within OSHA requirements and customer site safety.
• Manage service cost and profitability for contracts in progress.
• Develop high-level budgets associated with design options for customer requirements.
