Job summary

Casa Consulting, LLC. in Indiana seeks an experienced Regional HVAC & Refrigeration Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial equipment across multiple locations.

You will perform preventative maintenance on RTUs, chillers, and walk-in coolers, and diagnose issues while delivering excellent customer service. The role requires 3+ years of field experience, EPA 608 certification, and the ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC and refrigeration service experience.
• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Experience servicing equipment from Carrier, Trane, Lennox, York, Daikin, Mitsubishi, Rheem, Copeland, Hussmann, True, Turbo Air, Manitowoc.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance on RTUs, split systems, heat pumps, package units, chillers, walk-in coolers/freezers, ice machines, and refrigeration equipment.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and control system issues.
• Recover, evacuate, charge, and leak-test refrigerant systems per EPA regulations.
• Read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams and manufacturer specs.
• Install and troubleshoot thermostats, economizers, sensors, motors, compressors, VFDs, and building automation controls.
• Complete startup and commissioning of newly installed systems.
• Maintain service reports, inspection records, and work orders via mobile software.
• Communicate with customers about equipment condition, repair options, and preventative maintenance.
• Coordinate with dispatch and project managers to complete scheduled work.
