Job summary

Soap Creek Resources is seeking an Industrial HVAC/Refrigeration Regional Project Manager in Fort Wayne, IN. The role focuses on actively managing projects to complete work on schedule with a customer-centric approach.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in engineering or construction management, 10 years in construction with 5 in a foreman role, and knowledge of ammonia refrigeration and HVAC systems. Travel within the region is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management or related field.
10 years of excellent performance in a construction related role, at least five at a foreman level.
Technical knowledge of ammonia refrigeration is a plus.
Technical knowledge of industrial refrigeration/HVAC systems components.
Experience with project management tools and techniques (Gantt, CPM).
OSHA/EPA knowledge and safety minded practices.

Responsibilities

Ensure OSHA and customer site safety requirements are met.
Manage service cost and profitability for active contracts.
Develop project plans with resources and lead times.
Prepare detailed cost estimates including equipment, labor, and sub-contractors.
Communicate updates to stakeholders and document progress.
Develop and present solutions to customers and vendors.
