Nextech, America’s largest HVAC/R service provider, is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to advise employees and leaders on HR matters, support relations, performance, and compliance, and help drive organizational effectiveness. The role demands confidentiality, proactive problem solving, and a passion for a positive employee experience.

You’ll partner with leaders to improve engagement, retention, and HR operations while supporting Nextech’s growth and culture across the organization.

What You’ll Be Doing

The Human Resources Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor and first point of contact for employees and leaders on a wide range of HR matters. This role partners closely with leadership to support employee relations, performance management, compliance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains the highest level of confidentiality, and is passionate about creating a positive employee experience while supporting Nextech’s continued growth and success.

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you’ll play a key role in shaping the employee experience and supporting leaders across the organization. You’ll serve as a trusted HR resource, helping drive engagement, performance, and compliance while fostering a positive workplace culture.

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees and leaders on HR policies, procedures, and general questions
• Provide timely, accurate, and confidential support through phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Partner with leaders to address employee relations matters and conduct investigations when needed
• Support performance management initiatives, including coaching, counseling, and corrective action processes
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends to improve employee retention and engagement
• Coach managers on company policies, employment practices, and people-related challenges
• Create and deliver HR reports, metrics, and presentations that support business decisions
• Assist with training initiatives, both virtual and in-person
• Maintain employment records, including promotions, pay changes, transfers, and terminations
• Support HR operations through reporting, data entry, correspondence, and other administrative functions
• Collaborate across departments to help advance Nextech’s growth, culture, and employee experience
• Provide flexible support across all HR functions as business needs evolve

Min Compensation

USD $80,000.00/Yr.

Max Compensation

USD $90,000.00/Yr.

• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across all levels of the organizationSelf-motivated with a strong work ethic and continuous learning mindset
• Experience supporting employee relations, performance management, and HR administration preferred

• Ability to work continuously in an office environment
