Nextech is hiring an Human Resources Business Partner in Smyrna, Tennessee. You will serve as a trusted advisor to employees and leaders across HR matters, enhancing employee relations, performance management, compliance, and engagement while supporting Nextech's growth and culture.

You’ll partner with leadership to shape the employee experience, drive organizational effectiveness, and deliver confidential HR support through multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees and leaders on HR policies and general questions.
• Provide confidential support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Partner with leaders to address employee relations matters and conduct investigations.
• Support performance management, including coaching and corrective action processes.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends to improve retention and engagement.
• Coach managers on policies and employment practices.
• Create HR reports, metrics, and presentations to support decisions.
• Assist with training initiatives, virtual and in-person.
• Maintain employment records and handle promotions, pay changes, transfers, and terminations.
• Support HR operations through reporting and data entry.
• Collaborate across departments to advance Nextech's growth and culture.
• Provide flexible support across all HR functions as needs evolve.

What You’ll Be Doing

The Human Resources Business Partner serves as a trusted advisor and first point of contact for employees and leaders on a wide range of HR matters. This role partners closely with leadership to support employee relations, performance management, compliance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains the highest level of confidentiality, and is passionate about creating a positive employee experience while supporting Nextech's continued growth and success.

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you'll play a key role in shaping the employee experience and supporting leaders across the organization. You'll serve as a trusted HR resource, helping drive engagement, performance, and compliance while fostering a positive workplace culture.

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees and leaders on HR policies, procedures, and general questions


• Provide timely, accurate, and confidential support through phone, email, and in-person interactions


• Partner with leaders to address employee relations matters and conduct investigations when needed


• Support performance management initiatives, including coaching, counseling, and corrective action processes


• Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends to improve employee retention and engagement


• Coach managers on company policies, employment practices, and people-related challenges


• Create and deliver HR reports, metrics, and presentations that support business decisions


• Assist with training initiatives, both virtual and in-person


• Maintain employment records, including promotions, pay changes, transfers, and terminations


• Support HR operations through reporting, data entry, correspondence, and other administrative functions


• Collaborate across departments to help advance Nextech's growth, culture, and employee experience


• Provide flexible support across all HR functions as business needs evolve

Min Compensation

USD $80,000.00/Yr.

Max Compensation

USD $90,000.00/Yr.

• Ability to work continuously in an office environment
