Job summary

Qualus is seeking a Regional HSSE Manager to lead Occupational Health, Safety, and Human Performance initiatives across field services, repair shops, warehouses, and offices. You will partner with area leadership to implement safety programs, identify improvement opportunities, and drive initiatives aligned with business goals.

Travel is 50–75% within the West region with emphasis on regulatory compliance, training, and incident investigations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health or related field; CSP preferred.
• 5-7 years of direct experience in electrical safety.
• Knowledge of TapRooT and other structured root cause analysis methods.
• Strong familiarity with fall protection systems and field applications.
• Proven track record implementing Human Performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead health and safety initiatives across field services, shops, warehouses, and offices.
• Develop and monitor safety policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Perform hazard analyses, compliance assessments, and on-site observations.
• Support regulatory compliance and incident investigations with regional leadership.
• Coordinate safety training scheduling and regional budgets.
