Qualus Corporation is seeking a Regional HSSE Manager to lead Occupational Health, Safety, and Human Performance initiatives across field services, repair shops, warehouses, and offices in the West region.

You will partner with area leadership to implement safety programs, ensure OSHA and NFPA compliance, develop training, and drive continuous improvement with a strong safety culture and measurable results. This role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and regulatory adherence.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health required.
• 5–7 years direct electrical safety experience.
• Knowledge of TapRooT or similar RCA methods.
• Strong fall protection knowledge and field application.
• Proven Human Performance and HOP experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and cloud docs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead health, safety, and human performance initiatives across field services, shops, warehouses, and offices.
• Standardize and monitor health and safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct hazard analyses, compliance assessments, and behavior observations.
• Provide safety training and track training compliance.
• Coordinate safety training scheduling and regional budgets.
• Maintain regulatory compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and local regs.
• Act as regional HSSE lead to drive risk reduction.
