Job summary

Aureos is seeking an HSQE Advisor to support multiple regional projects. You will conduct site audits, coordinate NCRs, and contribute to RAMS reviews and CDM documentation. The role requires hands-on engagement with site teams to promote a proactive HSQE culture.

You will lead incident investigations with the HSQE Manager and ensure timely closure of findings, maintaining strong communications through MS 365 and Aureos systems.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Construction Level 3–6 (or equivalent) required.
• IOSH membership required.
• IEMA Practitioner or above required.
• Mental Health First Aider and First Aid trained preferred.
• Driving licence required; ability to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct minimum weekly site audits and NCR closure with PM teams.
• Perform targeted inspections and raise NCRs as needed.
• Assist with RAMS reviews and CDM documentation.
• Lead incident investigations with HSQE Manager.
• Maintain and communicate HSQE feedback via MS 365 and HSQE systems.
• Engage with project teams to promote a positive HSQE culture.
