Job summary

Solaris Oilfield Infrastructure, LLC is seeking a QHSE Advisor to support multiple projects under Quality, Safety and Environment Management systems. You will drive continuous improvement, lead incident investigations, and train new hires while ensuring adherence to OSHA, NFPA 70E and related standards.

The role requires heavy field travel (80–90% of scope) and a 24-hour call basis, with strong collaboration across site teams to improve safety culture and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree (or 6+ years of relevant work experience) required.
• 4-6 years’ experience in quality, environment, health and safety preferred.
• Safety certifications (e.g., CSP, CIH) preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA, NFPA 70E and related industry standards.
• Hazard identification techniques and incident investigation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Champion continuous improvement in QHSE performance.
• Produce regional QHSE statistics monthly and identify trends.
• Lead or assist management in incident investigations and near misses.
• Coach employees on hazard identification and reporting.
• Coordinate and deliver regulatory and internal QHSE training for new hires.
• Lead monthly QHSE safety meetings and communicate standards to crews.
