Job summary

Solaris Oilfield Infrastructure, LLC seeks a QHSE Advisor to support multiple projects by enforcing Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental standards across sites, including Midland, Texas. The role focuses on recognizing hazards, minimizing risks, and driving continuous QHSE improvements in line with company requirements and regulations.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in quality, environment, health and safety
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA, DOT and other federal/state regulations
• Practical knowledge of well servicing, drilling operations, or power generation
• Working knowledge of hazard identification techniques and safety equipment
• Experience with incident investigations and root cause analysis

Responsibilities

• Improve QHSE performance continuously on projects
• Produce regional QHSE statistics monthly and identify trends
• Lead QHSE KPIs and drive safety initiatives
• Coordinate regulatory and internal annual QHSE training
• Coordinate monthly safety meetings with employees
• Communicate QHSE standards to all personnel
• Supervise PPE use and maintain site safety equipment
• Represent Solaris QHSE at regional safety meetings
• Work 24-hour call basis and travel up to 50% of the time
• Prepare inspection presentations for field coordinators and management
