Precision Drilling Company, LP is seeking an HSE Superintendent for the Appalachia region to implement and maintain HSE management systems across rigs, ensuring safe operations and regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes a strong safety culture and field leadership.

This position features a 2-weeks-on/2-weeks-off rotation with on-site responsibilities, 24/7 field presence, and collaboration with operations leadership to enhance HSE performance and incident investigations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years oilfield or heavy industry experience with a strong safety record.
• Solid knowledge of HSE Management Systems and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to influence and support all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 HSE support with a strong field presence (up to 80%).
• Lead HSE standards, policies, and Life Saving Actions across operations.
• Monitor HSE KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct rig inspections, hazard assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
• Coordinate HSE training and development for field employees with operations leadership.
