Job summary

Qualifications

• Must meet OSHA rules and guidelines in all safety activities.
• Experience in safety program development and enforcement.
• Ability to train, mentor and evaluate Forepersons on safety practices.
• Strong documentation and data-collection skills for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety management and ensure compliance with policy and OSHA rules.
• Coordinate incident investigations and implement corrective actions with deadlines.
• Lead regional safety training and mentoring for Forepersons and crews.
• Review and approve safety documentation and reports across regions.
• Communicate weekly safety updates to Corporate Safety and Regional Manager.
