Job summary

The Blattner Company seeks a Regional HSE Manager to champion our safety culture across regional projects. You will serve as an HSE expert and consultant to site teams and client HSE professionals, using data and real Blattner examples to coach leaders toward a stronger safety culture.

You will travel up to 75% and collaborate with Operations, Learning and Development, the Lean Advantage Team and Quality to embed safe methods into work plans, coordinating safety training for leadership.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in occupational safety or related field or equivalent education and experience.
• Seven years of experience in a construction safety leadership role or operations.
• Electrical safety knowledge and renewable energy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assesses Blattner safety culture and verifies HSE Programs are followed on projects.
• Acts as a technical expert to identify safety gaps and implement changes with Operations and other teams.
• Develops leadership safety training and content to promote safe methods and processes.
• Communicates with site leadership and client HSE professionals on exposures and risk mitigation.

## Regional HSE ManagerApply: Remote/Traveling (For Corporate Use Only): Full time: Posted Yesterday: R8765#LI-Remote**A DAY IN THE LIFE**The Regional HSE Manager is a champion of the Blattner safety culture and our Blattner Safety Program. Serves as a health, safety, and environmental (HSE) expert and consultant to the project site teams and communicates with client HSE professionals on the overall Blattner HSE performance.
