This person provides senior leadership and manages the operational and financial aspects of complex, multi-disciplinary programs and projects, including portfolio-level coordination. They serve as a primary liaison with client stakeholders across projects; navigate early project development (NOI to warranty), contract negotiations, engineering early work, sequencing, and supply chain strategies.
