MISTRAS Group seeks a Regional HSE Manager to coordinate and maintain the HSE program across the U.S. North region. You will engage with operations and clients, promote the safety program, and represent the company’s safety culture during site visits, tenders, and audits.

You will report to the HSE Director and Regional VP of Operations, working with field staff, operations and sales to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement while supporting regulatory compliance and client expectations.

Formación

• 10+ years of HSE experience with at least 5 years leading a team.
• CSP/ASP/SMS preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manages Health, Safety and Environmental functions of the region.
• Liaises with corporate HSE team to apply the management system.
• Monitors hazards, risks and environmental aspects.
• Implements HSE procedures and region-specific procedures.
• Prepares monthly reports with statistics and action plans.
• Coordinates and prepares annual HSE action plans.
• Participates in HSE auditing and field safety audits.
• Implements HSE training and coaching.
• Leads incident investigations and risk analysis.
• Ensures compliance with regulations and ISO standards.
• Develops emergency response plans and manages incidents.
