MRC Global is seeking a Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Specialist to lead compliance, risk mitigation, and safety culture initiatives across designated regions in the US. The role requires up to 50% travel and ongoing collaboration with leadership to enhance environmental responsibility and safety performance.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in an HSE-related field or 5–7 years of relevant service industry experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and proven training

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Health, Safety, and Environmental field or 5–7 years in service industry.
• 2+ years of experience in safety and environmental field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local HSE regulations.
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% (including after hours/weekends).

Mansioni

• Inspect workplaces for HSE compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and company standards.
• Conduct audits to identify hazards and unsafe conditions.
• Mentor safety leaders and develop mitigation plans.
• Investigate incidents and drive corrective actions.
• Develop relationships with branches and management for corrective actions.
• Analyze HSE metrics and present findings to leadership.
• Provide HSE training and ensure compliance with training requirements.
• Maintain detailed HSE documentation and monthly metrics.
