Job summary

You will work with the Global organization to deploy governance, adapt regional procedures, and ensure regulatory compliance while protecting people, assets and the environment.

You will drive regional objectives, manage incident and emergency systems, support M&A due diligence, and coordinate cross‑asset HSE teams in a fast‑paced trading and energy environment requiring

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering or a related field.
• 15+ years HSE or operational experience in energy or oil/gas context.
• Experience in upstream, downstream, refining or LNG operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional HSE governance and strategy across the US region.
• Ensure compliance with US federal, state, and local standards including OSHA, EPA, and DOT.
• Coordinate HSE activities with asset teams and corporate functions.
• Support M&A due diligence and regulatory investigations.
• Develop regional objectives and incident/emergency management processes.
