Job summary

Continental Resources, Inc. seeks a Senior HSE Specialist to lead health and safety efforts across regions, guiding field teams and leadership. You will drive investigations, risk management, and program improvements, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal standards.

In this role you will coordinate training, coach leaders, and collaborate with operations to embed safety into planning and execution, promoting a proactive safety culture across assets and sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; eight+ years H&S or E&P experience.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR.
• Ability to pass a respiratory fit test if applicable.
• Acceptable pre-employment background and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provides senior health and safety leadership for assets, regions, or activities.
• Leads implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of HSE programs and audits.
• Leads incident investigations, corrective actions, and regulatory interactions.
• Drives risk management with field teams and hazard recognition activities.
• Coaches leaders, coordinates training, and supports cross-functional safety alignment.
• Collaborates with operations to integrate safety into planning and execution.
