Job summary

A global energy company is seeking a Regional HSE Advisor in Boston, MA to lead safety practices within their U.S. business. The successful candidate will oversee compliance and risk management strategies, ensuring safety standards are met. Key responsibilities include developing H3SE procedures, conducting site inspections, and leading HSE promotion events. Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in construction. A robust benefits package is available from the first day of hire.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in construction or operations/maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• Familiarity with TotalEnergies' HSE rules is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the regional HSE authority, guiding project teams in compliance and safety.
• Develop H3SE procedures aligned with federal and state requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance and identify risks.
