Job summary

Verdant Specialty Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Corporate HSE Manager to join our team in Houston, TX or University Park, IL. You will lead Health, Safety, and Environmental programs across multiple manufacturing locations, partnering with Operations and Engineering to strengthen our HSE culture, reduce risk, and drive continuous improvement.

You will own PSM programs, environmental compliance, regulatory inspections, and performance reporting to executive leadership, while integrating

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive HSE experience in regulated industrial environments.
3+ years of leadership across multiple manufacturing locations.
Experience with PSM and environmental compliance programs.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

Lead HSE programs across multiple locations, audits, and continuous improvement.
Manage PHA/HAZOP, LOPA, MOC, Mechanical Integrity, and PSSR.
Oversee environmental permitting, emissions, wastewater, and hazardous waste programs.
Coordinate regulatory inspections, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
Report HSE performance to executive leadership and strengthen safety culture.
