Cultivar Group is seeking a Regional Safety Leader to drive Health, Safety and Environment programs across Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. You will coach leaders, conduct field safety visits, and lead incident investigations while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

The role requires travel up to 60% and close collaboration with branch teams to strengthen safety ownership across the Pacific Northwest region.

Qualifikationen

• Requires practical knowledge of safety regulations across multi-state regions.
• Experience coaching field teams in safety program delivery and compliance.
• Solid ability to lead investigations, report findings, and implement corrective actions.

Aufgaben

• Provide regional HSE oversight across OR, WA, and ID with field visits and coaching.
• Establish consistent safety presence at branches, yards, and jobsites.
• Lead incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective-action tracking.
• Partner with Branch Managers to align safety programs with company standards.
• Travel regularly throughout the Pacific Northwest region to support safety initiatives.
