Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced HSE Leader to standardize programs and drive safety across seven manufacturing sites in the region. You will partner with Plant Managers to identify risks, lead investigations, and ensure regulatory compliance across OSHA, EPA, DOT, and fire/life safety requirements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 7+ years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing, with multi-site leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing, including multi-site or regional leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead and standardize HSE programs, policies, training, and best practices across seven manufacturing sites.
Partner with Plant Managers and site HSE teams to identify risks, close gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
Oversee incident and near-miss investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
Support compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, environmental, permitting, and fire/life safety requirements.
Conduct site audits and inspections and support local teams with regulatory matters.
Track regional HSE performance and communicate key metrics, risks, and trends to leadership.
Coach site HSE teams and operational leaders to strengthen safety ownership and accountability.
Travel regularly across the region to provide hands-on HSE leadership and site support.
