You will align HR strategies with business goals, drive talent management, performance reviews, and employee relations while ensuring policy consistency and regional capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 5–7+ years of progressive HR experience, including multi-location or regional HRBP.
• Ability to partner strategically with operations leaders and influence at all levels.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Experience with employee relations, performance management, talent management, and workforce planning.
• Ability to analyze HR metrics and business data to inform decisions.
