Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 5–7+ years of progressive HR experience, including multi-location or regional HRBP.
• Proven ability to partner strategically with operations leaders and influence at all levels.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Experience in employee relations, performance management, talent management, and workforce planning.
• Ability to analyze HR metrics and business data to inform decisions.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50–75%).
• Proficiency with HRIS systems (UKG, Workday, ADP) and Microsoft Office Suite.
