Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods, Inc. is seeking a Manager - HRBP Stores to serve as a strategic HR partner for 2–3 districts in the Central Region.

You will coach leaders, develop talent, support succession planning, and drive consistent people practices across 35–40 stores. You will lead performance management, talent development, succession planning, recruitment, and HR policy compliance, using data-driven insights to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; Master's preferred.
• Solid understanding of employment law and policy administration.
• Must reside in Houston, San Antonio, or Austin area.
• Willing to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR partnership to 2–3 districts (35–40 stores) across the Central Region.
• Coach leaders, develop talent, support succession planning, and handle employee relations matters.
• Drive recruitment processes and best practices to meet staffing needs across districts.
• Ensure HR policies and compliance with labor laws and regulations across the region.
• Utilize HR data analysis to inform decisions and report on key KPIs and trends.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster belonging.
