Job summary

APG Electric, LLC in the Clearwater area seeks a Construction Electrical Superintendent to lead on-site electrical construction, ensuring safety, schedule, and budget compliance on commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.

You will supervise field crews and subcontractors, interpret plans, enforce NEC codes, coordinate with the project team, and drive quality workmanship while maintaining thorough project documentation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must hold a valid Florida JMAN certification.
• Must have a US citizenship or valid work permit.
• Must pass background and drug screening; felony-free.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, electrical codes, and safety regulations.
• Experience reading blueprints and project plans.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical construction activities on-site.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety, and project specs.
• Lead field electricians, foremen, and subs.
• Review blueprints and project plans for scope.
• Coordinate with the PM and other superintendents for sequencing.
• Monitor progress, materials, and labor resources.
• Maintain site safety meetings and documentation.
• Communicate status with clients and internal teams.
