Kelso Industries, a nationwide leader in HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, refrigeration, and electrical solutions, seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist for APG Electric in the Tampa/Clearwater region. You’ll own full-cycle recruitment across trade, professional, and leadership roles, aligning workforce plans with APG leaders and delivering a strong candidate experience.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting across skilled trades and leadership.
• Ability to lead intake discussions and advise hiring managers.
• Sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, resume databases, referrals.
• Experience using an ATS and reporting metrics.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organization.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for APG Electric across all levels.
• Recruit electrical trade and support roles for project delivery.
• Partner with leaders to understand workforce plans and timelines.
• Develop recruiting strategies for high-volume and specialized roles.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, crafts schools, and referrals.
• Conduct structured screens and provide recommendations to hiring managers.
• Maintain ATS activity and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Build talent pipelines for recurring APG Electric needs.
• Represent APG Electric and Kelso Industries in the job market.
• Collaborate with Kelso Talent Acquisition team and standardize processes.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and policies.
