• Create and manage project schedule

• Identify causes of cost variances and mitigate them
• Identify project risks and mitigate them
• Communicate quality standards to subs and vendors
• Conduct quality control inspections
• Follow safety program, laws, and OSHA standards
• Maintain jobsite cleanliness
• Prepare daily time cards for supervised personnel
• Prepare daily logs
