Job summary

IPG is seeking an HR Partner to deliver hands‑on HR support across multiple sites in the region. You will advise regional leaders on employee relations, performance management, and compliance with federal, state, and local laws, collaborating with central HR teams to drive programs locally.

You will lead onboarding, engagement, and leadership coaching while partnering with managers to align HR strategies with business objectives and data‑driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR or related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, regional scope preferred.
• HR knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
• Strong partnership with leaders and employees.
• Excellent interpersonal, coaching and communication skills.
• HR certification (SHRM‑CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for managers and employees across the region.
• Partner with leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals.
• Lead employee relations, investigations, and policy interpretation.
• Provide coaching and support on HR processes and leadership development.
• Support recruitment and workforce planning; onboarding and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Collaborate with corporate HR centers of excellence to implement programs locally.
