Job summary

SNI Companies seeks an experienced Regional HR Manager to deliver hands-on HR support across U.S. locations, partnering with operations and leadership.

This senior individual-contributor role handles labor relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, compliance, training, performance, and workforce planning. The candidate should be a proactive communicator, comfortable with AI-enhanced HR, travel about 20% annually, and onsite in Baltimore.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience including hands-on HR management
• 3+ years HR experience in a unionized environment
• Direct labor relations experience involving grievances and CBA interpretation
• Experience independently supporting multiple locations
• Strong full-cycle recruiting experience across high-volume periods
• Onboarding, benefits communication, and leave processes experience
• Solid knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
• Experience using an HRIS; UKG experience is a strong plus
• Comfort with AI tools to improve HR processes
• Ability to obtain a TWIC card and other required facility credentials

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on HR support across multiple locations in the U.S.
• Partner with operations leadership and managers on HR initiatives
• Support union and non-union populations and labor relations matters
• Lead end-to-end recruiting and onboarding for new hires
• Manage multiple active requisitions and peak recruiting periods
• Coordinate union posting and bidding before external recruiting
• Guide employees on benefits, leave processes, and HR policies
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws across jurisdictions
• Leverage HRIS to maintain records and enhance HR workflows
• Identify opportunities to apply AI/tech in HR processes
