Job summary

HealthBridge Staffing in Virginia seeks a Floating Human Resources Manager to provide on-site HR leadership across Central and Northern Virginia facilities. The role requires regional travel to support employee relations, onboarding, payroll, compliance, recruitment and HR processes while partnering with facility leadership.

You will collaborate with recruiters and leadership to staffing initiatives, maintain accurate records, and promote compliant HR operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources management experience
• Healthcare, skilled nursing, long-term care, or multi-site HR experience strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, onboarding, payroll processes, recruitment, and employment practices
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and quickly adapt to different facility environments
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout Central Virginia and Northern Virginia
• Reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site regional HR leadership and operational support across Central and Northern Virginia facilities.
• Manage employee relations by partnering with facility leadership to address concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate employee records, personnel documentation, and HR files in compliance with policies.
• Assist with payroll preparation and review to resolve discrepancies.
• Lead onboarding and orientation to create a positive new-hire experience.
• Collaborate with recruiters and facility leadership to support hiring needs and staffing initiatives.
• Promote HR compliance with employment regulations and documentation requirements.
• Coach managers to improve communication, engagement, performance, and retention.
• Coordinate offboarding and exit processes with proper documentation.
