Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain understanding of supported business units and manage employee relations across the region.
• Build positive relationships with employees, managers, directors and executives.
• Support regional leadership in implementing performance improvement strategies.
• Coach leaders on performance management and policy interpretations.
• Lead change management projects and HR communications.
• Develop and deliver HR-related training and recognition programs.
