Job summary

InterDent Service Corporation seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee HR operations across eight states in a hybrid work structure. You will partner with regional operations to support employee relations, compliance, and talent initiatives.

The role emphasizes coaching leaders, handling investigations, and implementing workforce strategies to sustain organizational growth and excellent patient care across locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and/or HR certification preferred.
• At least seven years of HR experience, preferably in a multi-site, cross functional business unit.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer HR programs for multiple dental and support offices in the Southwest Regions.
• Manage employee relations across a multi-site environment.
• Partner with Operations leadership to implement performance improvement strategies.
• Coach leadership on performance management and policy interpretations.
• Lead investigations into harassment, discrimination or retaliation.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State and Local employment laws.
• Plan workforce reductions with leaders and communicate this effectively.
• Provide HR training and deliver recognition programs.
