InterDent Service Corporation is seeking a Human Resources Manager to oversee HR functions for dental offices across Oregon and Washington. The role emphasizes employee relations, policy guidance, and strategic HR collaboration with Operations leadership.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in HR or related field (or HR certification) and at least seven years of HR experience, preferably across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field and/or HR certification preferred.
• At least seven years of HR experience, preferably in a multi-site, cross functional business unit.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations across 65 offices in Oregon and Washington.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, directors and executives.
• Support Leadership in performance improvement strategies and policy interpretations.
• Lead change management projects and HR communications.
• Develop and deliver HR training and employee recognition initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State and Local employment laws.
• Coordinate workforce reductions planning and communication with leaders.
