Markent Personnel, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Director of Human Resources to lead HR operations across multi-site distribution and logistics facilities. You will partner with regional executives to align talent strategies with business growth and operational goals.

Responsibilities include shaping workforce strategy, guiding employee and labor relations, ensuring compliance and safety, and overseeing talent acquisition and compensation programs across distributed sites.

Formación

• 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in multi-site environments.
• Experience in distribution/logistics/food distribution industries is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with regional presidents and operational leaders to design workforce strategies that support business goals.
• Employee & Labor Relations: Guide complex employee relations, navigate EEO matters, oversee ADA accommodations, and manage performance counseling and resolutions.
• Compliance & Safety: Maintain adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws while championing safety and HR compliance across distributed facilities.
• Talent & Compensation: Oversee talent acquisition strategies, executive sourcing, and regional wage and salary administration.
