Job summary

Cottonwood Healthcare seeks a Regional HR Manager to provide compliant HR leadership for multiple skilled nursing facilities across CO, MT, NV, and UT. You will partner with facility leadership, oversee payroll, onboarding, training, and workers’ compensation, while shaping a positive workplace culture.

Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years healthcare HR experience, strong communication, and proficiency with iSolved and Workday, plus the ability to travel quarterly.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of HR experience in healthcare settings.
• Experience with payroll and HRIS systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR resource for multiple facilities across CO, MT, NV and UT.
• Implement HR initiatives, policies, and best practices company-wide.
• Oversee payroll processing at facility locations.
• Lead onboarding processes for facility staff.
• Train and mentor on-site HR staff and leaders on HR procedures.
• Support investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Assist with Workers’ Compensation processes and claims.
• Foster positive culture and employee morale across facilities.
• Collaborate with corporate teams to ensure consistent HR operations.
• Travel up to 3–6 days per quarter.
