Skilled Nursing Facility seeks an experienced Regional HR/Payroll Director to oversee HR and payroll for multiple facilities across states, with direct responsibility for back-office HR and payroll processes.

You will guide HR/Payroll teams, ensure compliance with ADA, EEO, FMLA, wage and hour laws, and lead audits, policy interpretation and system improvements to support regional operations. Overnight travel required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years experience in HR.
• 3+ years experience in Payroll.
• Healthcare/long-term care experience preferred.
• Managerial or supervisory experience.

Aufgaben

• Provides direct HR/Payroll support to Administrators and HR/Payroll staff across facilities/states.
• Conducts comprehensive HR/Payroll audits, in-person and remote.
• Leads and oversees HR functions including recruitment, benefits, workers' comp, OSHA, and reporting.
• Oversees full-cycle payroll processing and HR administration for back-office employees.
• Ensures compliance with ADA, EEO, FMLA and wage/hour laws.
