The role requires 5+ years in HR leadership, a Bachelor's in HR or related field, and proficiency with UKG; you will implement policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide guidance to the HR team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in human resources management, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, performance management, 401K, benefits, enrollment, and compensation.
• Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices in the construction industry.
• Strong experience in change management and conflict resolution.
• Proficiency in using UKG for HR management.
• Excellent strategic planning and workforce planning skills.
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
• High ethical standards and ability to manage confidential data.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of HR for field operations, including talent acquisition, performance management, and talent management.
• Develop and implement strategic HR policies and procedures to support the organization’s goals and objectives.
• Oversee employee benefits and compensation packages, including 401K and enrollment processes.
• Facilitate effective change management strategies to support organizational growth and development.
• Manage conflict resolution processes, ensuring a positive and respectful work environment.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop workforce planning and strategic planning initiatives.
• Utilize UKG for various HR management tasks and processes.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations pertaining to HR in the construction industry.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering an environment of growth and development.
